tips:

For safety reasons, children should not climb on the shelf or play with it. Please secure this 2-compartment laundry basket to the wall with the included anti-tip device for safe use. Do not sit on the laundry sorter to avoid it tipping over. Be careful when pulling the baskets in and out when loading. to avoid pinching fingers. The fabric pockets of the laundry rack are not machine washable.

  • If you notice any damage, please contact us at info@vasbutor.hu or call +3614900588 . To file a warranty claim, please take a photo of the damage and send it to info@vasbutor.hu . We will forward these photos to the manufacturer and will try to resolve the problem within 15-45 business days of the complaint being filed.

What should I do if I want to return the furniture?

  • If you would like to return the furniture you ordered, please send us an e-mail to info@vasbutor.hu or call +3614900588 . We will ship the product within two weeks of reporting the complaint. Once the furniture has been returned to us and we have verified that no warranty rules have been violated, we will refund the price to the bank account number you provided within 72 hours.
