Please do not start assembling the furniture until you have read the following information:

• The returned furniture must not be assembled, or it is important that it has not even begun to be assembled. The product must be in its original packaging. Neither the packaging nor the adhesive tape must be damaged. You can open the box by carefully cutting the adhesive tape that seals the packaging.
• Before assembling the furniture, please carefully inspect it: are you satisfied with its color and quality, as we cannot take back furniture that has already been assembled.
• If you are dissatisfied with the product and have not yet started assembly, put the items back in the box as they arrived and seal the box using the tape.

Bontour Hungary Kft. provides a 2-year warranty on its products. The warranty is valid from the date of purchase. The wear and tear, depreciation, and changes in the properties of the product due to natural use over time are a natural process and not a quality defect. Changes in the material of furniture made of natural wood, deformation, or changes in the color of the furniture over time are not considered defects. In the event of a warranty claim, additional information may be required from the product packaging, so we recommend that you do not throw away the original packaging until you have assembled the furniture.

The warranty does not apply to products that have been improperly stored or assembled, used improperly or for purposes other than those intended, modified, or cleaned improperly, using improper methods or cleaning agents. The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impact or accident. The products are intended for indoor use only, unless specifically stated on the product packaging or in the product description. The warranty does not apply if the product has been stored outdoors or in a humid environment (except for products recommended for outdoor use). The warranty does not apply to indirect or consequential damages.

For outlet products

The warranty does not apply to used products purchased under a consumer contract in the Outlet section.

Right of withdrawal

Since we sell our products exclusively online, our customers cannot view them in advance, we provide a right of withdrawal for all our products. This means that our customers have an unlimited right of withdrawal for 30 days for every purchase, so if our product does not please them, they can return it to us without giving any reason, but only in its original packaging. Please remember that the costs of return shipping are borne by the customer.

  

The warranty claim can be validated by presenting a copy of the invoice (a copy is also accepted).
If this is not the case, we cannot accept the warranty claim!

The turnaround time for inspection and repair of warranty repairs is a maximum of 1-2 weeks, if the part is available in our warehouse. If the part is not in stock, we reserve the right to extend this period in justified cases.
Our web store does not accept packages sent by cash on delivery, they will always be returned to the sender!
The costs of returning a defective product not resulting from manufacturing defects are always borne by the buyer.
