We will forward these photos to the manufacturer and will try to resolve the problem within 15-45 business days of the complaint being filed.
What should I do if I want to return the furniture?
- If you would like to return the furniture you ordered, please send us an e-mail to info@vasbutor.hu or call +3614900588 . We will ship the product within two weeks of reporting the complaint. Once the furniture has been returned to us and we have verified that no warranty rules have been violated, we will refund the price to the bank account number you provided within 72 hours.
