GLS Courier Service

Delivery of packages takes place on weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm in the period between. GLS central phone number: 06 29 88-66-70 Delivery is carried out by the GLS courier service, who will send you an SMS/email to the phone number or email address provided before delivery, so you will know exactly when the package will arrive. If you will not be at the specified location at the given time, you can arrange it with the courier by phone. In this case, please do not call us, but call the courier or GLS immediately, who can identify you with the package number (which we sent you in the email) and modify the delivery according to your individual requests.

Personal collection

Our webshop offers personal collection during opening hours. We reserve the right to change opening hours. Our staff will notify you by phone or email before collection. We will keep the ordered product for 5 working days after notification.

If you choose this option, please note that the product may not be on site at the moment. Please wait for the pick-up information.

In the case of personal collection, we can even provide SAME DAY COLLECTION for orders placed before 12 noon. In this case, please write "today's collection" in the comments and we will take your order in advance.

Payment methods:

In our store, you can pay by credit card online, bank transfer or cash on delivery, depending on the selected delivery method.

Home delivery In the case of cash on delivery (cash/bank card), online payment with bank card, or bank transfer payment is possible. (In the case of cash on delivery, we charge a handling fee, which is determined by the total amount.)

Personal collection In case of bank transfer or online payment. Payment by cash on delivery on site is ONLY possible with a bank card.

• You can choose from different payment methods: you can pay upon receipt in cash, by bank card or by bank transfer. In case of personal collection, you can pay on site by bank card (cash payment is not possible!)

How do I know where my order is?

• You can request further information about the status of your order by calling +3614900588 or by emailing info@vasbutor.hu . Please provide your order number and we will inform you about the status of your order and, if possible, the expected delivery time.

Do you issue VAT invoices to companies?

• We issue a VAT invoice to all our customers.

How can I cancel my order?

• If for any reason you have changed your mind and would like to cancel your order, you can do so by calling +3614900588 or by emailing info@vasbutor.hu .

What time of day does delivery take place?

• We try to be flexible regarding the delivery time. Our courier will look for you on the day of delivery.

What to do if the furniture is defective or damaged?

• If you notice any damage, please contact us at info@vasbutor.hu or call +3614900588 . To file a warranty claim, please take a photo of the damage and send it to info@vasbutor.hu . We will forward these photos to the manufacturer and will try to resolve the problem within 15-45 business days of the complaint being filed.

What should I do if I want to return the furniture?

• If you would like to return the furniture you ordered, please send us an e-mail to info@vasbutor.hu or call +3614900588 . We will ship the product within two weeks of reporting the complaint. Once the furniture has been returned to us and we have verified that no warranty rules have been violated, we will refund the price to the bank account number you provided within 72 hours.
