Manufacturer's note:

  • AA pillow is measured flat, a variation of approximately 3 cm in size is normal.
  • The pillow is vacuum packed. After opening, let it rest for a while to regain its edible state. The wrinkles will disappear after the first wash.
  • Please be careful when opening the vacuum packaging and do not use sharp objects to cut it to avoid damaging the cushion material.
  • The fabric cover of the cushion cannot be removed.

What to do if the furniture is defective or damaged?

  • If you notice any damage, please contact us at info@vasbutor.hu or call +3614900588 . To file a warranty claim, please take a photo of the damage and send it to info@vasbutor.hu . We will forward these photos to the manufacturer and will try to resolve the problem within 15-45 business days of the complaint being filed.

What should I do if I want to return the furniture?

  • If you would like to return the furniture you ordered, please send us an e-mail to info@vasbutor.hu or call +3614900588 . We will ship the product within two weeks of reporting the complaint. Once the furniture has been returned to us and we have verified that no warranty rules have been violated, we will refund the price to the bank account number you provided within 72 hours.
