  • The size of the sewn products may vary by 2-3 cm. Please measure your pet to make sure the pillow fits their size.
  • The pillow comes vacuum-packed. You can shake it up and fluff it up to use it right away, but it will be even fluffier if you let it sit for 48 hours until it expands to its full size.
  • Wash the cover in warm water, maximum 40°C.
  • The cushion is not washable. Keep the cushion away from heat sources above 40°C, such as radiators and remote controls.
  • If you are using underfloor heating, place the cushion on the carpet.

What to do if the furniture is defective or damaged?

  • If you notice any damage, please contact us at info@vasbutor.hu or call +3614900588 . To file a warranty claim, please take a photo of the damage and send it to info@vasbutor.hu . We will forward these photos to the manufacturer and will try to resolve the problem within 15-45 business days of the complaint being filed.

What should I do if I want to return the furniture?

  • If you would like to return the furniture you ordered, please send us an e-mail to info@vasbutor.hu or call +3614900588 . We will ship the product within two weeks of reporting the complaint. Once the furniture has been returned to us and we have verified that no warranty rules have been violated, we will refund the price to the bank account number you provided within 72 hours.
