Notes:

  • Despite the seamless corner design, we recommend placing a rug on the floor to cover the connecting elements. Then there is no chance that your cute little rodents will get through.
  • This playpen is only suitable for small animals. We do not recommend it for dogs or cats.
  • When assembling, make sure that the plastic sheets fit completely into the joints, thus increasing the safety and stability of the product.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that our team has received your order. We will continuously send you information about the status of your order by email. We will also notify you about the dispatch of your package by email, which will include the electronic invoice and the package number with which you can track your package on the Magyar Posta website. What to do if the furniture is defective or damaged?

  • If you notice any damage, please contact us at info@vasbutor.hu or call +3614900588 . To file a warranty claim, please take a photo of the damage and send it to info@vasbutor.hu . We will forward these photos to the manufacturer and will try to resolve the problem within 15-45 business days of the complaint being filed.

What should I do if I want to return the furniture?

  • If you would like to return the furniture you ordered, please send us an e-mail to info@vasbutor.hu or call +3614900588 . We will ship the product within two weeks of reporting the complaint. Once the furniture has been returned to us and we have verified that no warranty rules have been violated, we will refund the price to the bank account number you provided within 72 hours.
