Manufacturer's notes:

  • To make the LED lights work, you need to find the connector on the top and connect it to the solar panel. Then expose the umbrella to direct sunlight for 8 hours. Please turn off the LED lights after use.
  • Add up to 70-90 kg of weight (not included) to your existing umbrella stand to increase overall stability.
  • Do not activate the tilt function in windy or rainy weather to avoid damage to the locking mechanism.
  • Close the parasol when not in use or on windy or rainy days to avoid damage to the product.
  • To extend the life of the product, store it in a parasol cover (not included).
  • Clean the roof with a soft cloth dampened with a neutral detergent. Store after complete drying.

What to do if the furniture is defective or damaged?

  • If you notice any damage, please contact us at info@vasbutor.hu or call +3614900588 . To file a warranty claim, please take a photo of the damage and send it to info@vasbutor.hu . We will forward these photos to the manufacturer and will try to resolve the problem within 15-45 business days of the complaint being filed.

What should I do if I want to return the furniture?

  • If you would like to return the furniture you ordered, please send us an e-mail to info@vasbutor.hu or call +3614900588 . We will ship the product within two weeks of reporting the complaint. Once the furniture has been returned to us and we have verified that no warranty rules have been violated, we will refund the price to the bank account number you provided within 72 hours.
