GLS Courier Service

Delivery of packages takes place on weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm in the period between. We will also notify you about the dispatch of your package by email, which will include the electronic invoice and the package number with which you can track your package on the Magyar Posta website. How can I pay for the furniture I ordered?

You can choose from different payment methods: you can pay upon receipt in cash, by bank card or by bank transfer. In case of personal collection, you can pay on site by bank card (cash payment is not possible!)

We try to be flexible regarding the delivery time. Our courier will look for you on the day of delivery.

What to do if the furniture is defective or damaged?

If you notice any damage, please contact us at info@vasbutor.hu or call +3614900588 . To file a warranty claim, please take a photo of the damage and send it to info@vasbutor.hu . We will forward these photos to the manufacturer and will try to resolve the problem within 15-45 business days of the complaint being filed.

What should I do if I want to return the furniture?

If you would like to return the furniture you ordered, please send us an e-mail to info@vasbutor.hu or call +3614900588 . We will ship the product within two weeks of reporting the complaint. Once the furniture has been returned to us and we have verified that no warranty rules have been violated, we will refund the price to the bank account number you provided within 72 hours.
