- Tips for choosing the right dog crate: Stand your dog upright and measure the length from the tip of his nose to the base of his tail, and let him sit up straight to measure his height from the top of his head to the floor. Then add 10 cm to the measured length and height to choose the right size for your dog.

Delivery of packages takes place on weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm in the period between. GLS central phone number: 06 29 88-66-70 Delivery is carried out by the GLS courier service, who will send you an SMS/email to the phone number or email address provided before delivery, so you will know exactly when the package will arrive. If you will not be at the specified location at the given time, you can arrange it with the courier by phone. In this case, please do not call us, but call the courier or GLS immediately, who can identify you with the package number (which we sent you in the email) and modify the delivery according to your individual requests.

Our webshop offers personal collection during opening hours. We reserve the right to change opening hours. Our staff will notify you by phone or email before collection. We will keep the ordered product for 5 working days after notification.

How can I cancel my order?

What time of day does delivery take place?
- We try to be flexible regarding the delivery time. Our courier will look for you on the day of delivery.
What to do if the furniture is defective or damaged?
- If you notice any damage, please contact us at info@vasbutor.hu or call +3614900588 . To file a warranty claim, please take a photo of the damage and send it to info@vasbutor.hu . We will forward these photos to the manufacturer and will try to resolve the problem within 15-45 business days of the complaint being filed.
What should I do if I want to return the furniture?
- If you would like to return the furniture you ordered, please send us an e-mail to info@vasbutor.hu or call +3614900588 . We will ship the product within two weeks of reporting the complaint.
