This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include damage resulting from improper use (such as transportation with unusual items), negligence, accident, abrasion, extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear of the product, or shipping damage. In order to obtain warranty services, the distributor will need a properly completed warranty card. Claims exceeding the value of the product will not be accepted .
Airline damage:
The most common cause of Baggage damage is aircraft baggage handling, damage that occurs during transit for which we are not responsible . We always recommend that you take a moment to inspect your baggage before removing it from the conveyor belt. If your product has been damaged in transit, you must notify the airline or its representative before you leave the terminal, as no claims will be made against them once you have left the airport.
Number lock setting instructions:
The number lock is factory set to the code 0-0-0 .
Choose your own code that you will remember easily (e.g. birthday, address, other).
Set the desired code as follows:
- Keep the button on the lock pulled out until you set your own code.
- Then release the button.
- From now on, the suitcase can be opened with the already set combination and by pressing the opening button.
